Life planning
Put your wishes in writing, while it's still easy.
Wills, powers of attorney, advance directives, and revocable living trusts — prepared at your direction, notarized in the office or online, and explained in plain language.
What we prepare
Four documents that cover most families
Last Will and Testament
Names who receives what, who oversees it, and who cares for minor children. Signed with witnesses and notarized as a self-proving will.
Revocable Living Trust
Holds your home and accounts so your family can avoid probate. Includes the deed transferring your Arizona property into the trust.
Powers of Attorney
Financial and healthcare powers of attorney, so someone you trust can act for you if you can’t act for yourself.
Advance Directives
Living will, healthcare surrogate, and mental healthcare directive — your medical wishes stated clearly, in advance.
Not sure whether you need a will or a trust? That’s a legal question, and a document preparer can’t answer it for you. Call and I’ll tell you honestly whether you should speak with an attorney first.

Common questions
Questions we hear every week
If yours isn’t here, call. There’s no charge to ask.
Do I have to come into the office?
No. We can handle everything by phone, email, and a short video visit for the notarization. You’re welcome in Kingman if you’d rather sit down together.
How much does it cost?
Flat fees, quoted before any work begins, and far less than an attorney’s hourly rate. The quote depends on which documents you need.
How long does it take?
Most life planning packages are ready to sign within a week of receiving your completed intake.
Can you tell me what I should do?
I can explain what each document does and what the intake is asking. I can’t advise you on which choice is best for you — that’s an attorney’s role.
What should I bring?
A photo ID, the legal description or deed for any property, and the full names of the people you’d like to name.
Ready when you are
